Art Exhibition and Sale Bin Work Form

Each Artist may display and sell up to six pieces of Bin Work at the Opening Reception only. Each piece must be labeled with Artist’s name, contact information, title and price. Our bins cannot accommodate works on stretched canvas or in frames; however, you may provide your own professional quality bin for your own works on canvas or in frames. If you are displaying bin work, please deliver Bin Work and the Bin Work Form from 2:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. prior to the Opening Reception on November 16, 2013. Present your bin work and a completed Bin Work Form upon arrival. Staff will place your artwork in a bin. All sales will take place through the Lone Tree Arts Center Box Office, which is located in the Art Center Lobby. Payment for all sales including Bin Work and juried artwork will be processed following the close of the Art Exhibition. The catalog contains your contact information so patrons may get in touch with you regarding your artwork on display or in your possession. Bin Work must be checked out at the close of the Opening Reception. At this time, you will be notified if your Bin Work sold during the reception. If any bin work is left at the end of the reception, it will become the property of the City of Lone Tree.
