GANDHI AS A CONTINGENCY LEADER

When gandhi was at Africa he faced the discrimination directed at all colored people. He was thrown off a train at after refusing to move from the first-class. He protested and was allowed on first class the next day.[27] Travelling farther on by stagecoach, he was beaten by a driver for refusing to move to make room for a European passenger. In another incident, the magistrate of a Durban court ordered Gandhi to remove his turban, which he refused to do. from that day he raised his voice for equal rights for all colored people. Though he was a by born leader but the process that he handled the situation is prove that he was a good situational leader also.
