Section 12E Page 1 Section 12E Cricut Explore Manual Cricut Design Space has a variety of alignment tools available for precisely lining up your images or text. To activate the Align button in the top menu, select two or more images on the design screen. Tip: When using the alignment tools, grouped images will move all together as one unit. If you want to align just one layer of an image, the image will need to be ungrouped. Tip: The alignment tools are named according to the action that results from using that particular tool Align objects using the following actions: Align Left – Move the left edge of each selected image to the leftmost edge of your selection. Center Horizontally – Move all selected images to the horizontal center (midpoint between left and right) of your selection. Align Right – Move the right edge of each selected image to the rightmost edge of your selection. Align Top – Move the top edge of each selected image to the top edge of your selection. Center Vertically – Move all selected images to the vertical center (midpoint between the top and bottom) of your selection. Align bottom – Move the bottom edge of each selected image to the bottom edge of your selection. Center – Move all selected images so that the center points line up. Cricut Design Space has a variety of alignment tools available for precisely lining up your images or text. To activate the Align button in the top menu, select two or more images on the design screen.

Tip: When using the alignment tools, grouped images will move all together as one unit. If you want to align just one layer of an image, the image will need to be ungrouped.

Tip: The alignment tools are named according to the action that results from using that particular tool

Align objects using the following actions:

Align Left – Move the left edge of each selected image to the leftmost edge of your selection.

Center Horizontally – Move all selected images to the horizontal center (midpoint between left and right) of your selection.

Align Right – Move the right edge of each selected image to the rightmost edge of your selection.

Align Top – Move the top edge of each selected image to the top edge of your selection.

Center Vertically – Move all selected images to the vertical center (midpoint between the top and bottom) of your selection.

Align bottom – Move the bottom edge of each selected image to the bottom edge of your selection.

Center – Move all selected images so that the center points line up. Images will be stacked on top of each other.

Tip: Items will center according to how they are arranged in stacking order. You may need to adjust the stacking order of the images using “Arrange” so they appear as desired.
