What do you think? The debate between science and religion has been ongoing, for years and years. However, over time researchers have started to realize that these two subjects are not enemies. In fact, science can be seen as a catalyst for proving the existence of God. 1. “Every design must have a designer.” What are your thoughts and/or reactions to that statement? 2. Describe what you grew up learning about evolution. How did that affect your belief or disbelief in God? 3. What do you believe creation today? What evidence do you for this belief? 4. How do you think Christianity and its reliance on Scripture appear to a non-believer? 1. Read Genesis 1:1-10. What takes place in these verses? How does this differ or align to a belief in science? 2. How do you explain the verses in Genesis to someone who believes that science disproves God? 3. How do you think science can prove the very existence of God? 4. Read Psalm 139: 13-18. How does your physical being give evidence for the existence of God as a creator? 5. If Christ is indeed our creator, how does He give us direction to live in accord to His design? 6. What evidence of God’s love and power have you seen in your life lately?

Does science disprove God? What do you think?
