Mostly, other newspaper are distributed through the news-stand at conveniences shop and stores. WSJ mainly focus on sub-

scription-based customers and targeting the businessmen and their subscribers, therefore they will distribute directly to the des-tination of their end-users ( their customers’ offices and home).

The other locations of selling WSJ are mainly located at Cen-tral, Tsim Sha Tsui, Causeway Bay and Wanchai, which are the major commercial district in Hong Kong.

Advertisement on WSJ

Here are the solution to con-trol the page setting of WSJ: Cut off the advertising and transfer the advertising to an-other version of Asia WSJ. Advertisement is categorized as the regional advertising for Asia, therefore Asia WSJ will transfer them flexibly to suit

their version. Once the editor decided which news needed to show in the newspaper, even if there are break out news, the news-paper will not edit again. For the advertising, WSJ contains 40% of colored pages to en-sure high printing accuracy for other Asian places. As the edi-tion of the newspaper may in-

volve compensation, the reader would have to pay for the on-line version. The online e-paper advertising is going to be more developed in the future, so the advertisers for the online ver-sion is accepted for posting their website and information, which are definitely different from the printing version of Wall Street Journal.

The color model for the color printing is CMYK, it s a common activity mixing with the ink of four colors. Grippers are used in the printing machines for holding the newspaper in the printing process. The whole printing system is operated with offset printing, it can also be called as flexography.
