Helpful Tips and Common Problems Form Submission

ETCs can begin using the Online FCC Form 497 at any time.

If filed online by the eighth calendar day, FCC Forms 497 will be processed for disbursement by the end of that month.

New ETCs must submit their first FCC Form 497 via U.S. Mail, fax, or email.

Only submit one copy (do not fax or mail copies of forms submitted online).

Bulk upload will only accept error‐free submissions. Validations
