• Engage a vendor for bulk scanning• Creation of Database(EMD)• Creation of NIC email ID• Procurement of Digital Signatures (not a show stopper)• Establish a 10 member PMU that can be reduced to 5 after 6 months and 3 after one year
– R & I section to be equipped and trained– Equipment
• Duplex scanner with all personal staff of officers and sections• Vendor staff and equipment to be deployed in all sections
– Migration• All new files only as e-files• All F/R to be dealt only in e-file• Bulk scanning to proceed on its own pace
