Rehab Cash Now, RCN Capital’s flagship loan program, provides funding for the acquisition of non-owner occupied residential properties. Cross-collateralization options are available.

Loan Amount $50k – $2.5M+

LTV Up to 80% of the purchase price; Up to 65% Refinance; Up to 50% Cash-Out

Property Types Non-owner occupied 1–4 family residential

FICO No set minimum

After Repair Value (ARV)

RCN Capital’s ARV program offers financing for up to 80% of the purchase price & up to 100% of the renovation costs, not to exceed 65% of the after repair value, to ensure sufficient funding for any rehab project. Prior real estate investing experience is required to qualify for this product.

Loan Amount $75k – $2.5M+

LTV Up to 80% of purchase price + up to 100% of renovation costs, not to exceed 65% of the ARV

Property Types Non-owner occupied 1–4 family residential

FICO 600 minimum

RCN Capital offers longer-term bridge financing for real estate investors who are looking to buy & hold non-owner occupied residential properties. A six-month extension is available for this product (a 2% fee will apply).
