Focus areas for futureSustainability key targets - 2020

Energy (intensity) and climate change• 20% decrease in energy intensity per $ sales from

2013 (megawatt hours/million $ sales)

Water consumption • To cut water consumption by 25% in water

scarce/water stressed areas

Waste management• Reduce waste sent for final disposal by 20%

Initiatives

Energy audit and reduction opportunities being identified continuously

Use of liquid desiccant dehumidifier to reduce electricity & diesel consumption

Fluorescent tube lights replaced with LED lights and motion sensors

Water tool to map water consumption across locations. Quantum of water recycled has increased from 1.3% in 2014 to 9.5% in 2015.

Water conservation opportunities identified for treated water utilization in gardening being effected across locations
