Pre-Inspection Meeting Report

2.1 The following lines of communication to be followed: 

Subjects concerning technical matters, delivery of free issue materials, schedules andinspections to be sent to NPS project Manager Mr. Antonio Geraldo Roig copy to TA.

Subjects concerning commercial matters to be sent to Mr. Swienty, copy to Mr. AntonioGeraldo Roig

 All official emails, faxes, letters etc. should have the NPS project no. in the subject line.

2.2 For Imeco side: Subjects concerning commercial matters to be sent to Mr. NguyenThanh Trung, email [email protected]

Subjects concerning technical, QA/QC, documents etc should be sent to Mr. NgoHong Son, email [email protected]

Subjects concerning logistic should be sent to Ms. Loan, [email protected]

Subjects concerning production and schelule mail to Mr. Dang Anh Tuan, email:[email protected]

 All mail to Imeco should copy to all involved persons.

3 FABRICATION AND INSPECTION

3.1 FABRICATION 

3.1.1. Complete fabrication will be done at IMECO factory.

3.1.2. A fabrication schedule has been presented and discussed during the meeting. Thefabrication schedules are attached to this report.

3.1.3. Material certificates are subject to be reviewed by NPS when the materials arrive atshop.

3.1.4. Prevention action to be taken into account to avoid deformation of flange due towelding.

3.1.5. Straightening by flame is acceptable but cooling down by water is not allowed.

3.2 TESTING REQUIREMENTS 

3.2.1 NDT shall be done in accordance with the requirements of inspection and testingplan number 41005-521-04-701 Rev.0

3.2.2 NDT personnel to be qualified in accordance with ASNT-TC-1A. All operators shallhave past the relevant eye test.

3.2.3 Acceptance criteria for NDT shall be in accordance with AWS.

3.2.4 NDT reports should refer to the location where NDT has been done. To indicate theexact location no NPS fabrication drawing to be used. A simple sketch of the loca-tion incl. a reference to the drawing number to be used

3.2.5 A photo report of site joint preparation shall be prepared and included in MDR.

3.2.6 Function test of dampers will be done with original actuator. IMECO should arrangethe power supply for the actuator. NPS will provide the wiring diagram in advance.

NPS will send the original actuator to IMECO for the function test.

3.3 INSPECTION AND TEST PLAN

3.3.1 The ITP R0 is available at IMECO.

3.3.2 For a stack damper no separate master traveller is to prepare. The ITP in this caseis the master traveller. IMECO has to prepare ITPs duplicates and mark them withthe unit specific numbering system.

3.3.3 The requirements of project specific inspection and test plan ITP were explainedand have been discussed.

3.3.4 Based on the actual revision of the ITP IMECO has to invite NPS client for WP inthe ITP. All these items will be checked during the final inspection.

3.3.5 Notification period for inspection is 4 weeks.

3.4 QUALITY SYSTEM

3.4.1. IMECO has quality management system qualified according ISO 9001:2008. Certi-fication is valid until 26th June 2016

3.4.2. IMECO will use their NCR system as per ISO 9001 certification.

3.5 REPORTING

 A weekly report is to prepare and to submit to NPS. For this purpose the NPS format isto be used. The format will be issued and explained by NPS local technical advisor.

Weekly report to be addressed to Project Manager and copy to Mr. Amr Zeidan, Mr.Bui Van Tan.

4 TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION

4.1 DOCUMENT STATUS

4.2 WELDING GENERAL

 All welding activities to be done acc. AWS D1.1 and D1.6.

4.3 WELDING TYPICAL

4.6 SURFACE PREPARATION PROCEDURES

•  Imeco is waiting for revise painting specification. Once receiving, Imeco will preparethe painting procedure and submit to NPS.

5 SUB ORDERING AND FREE ISSUE DELIVERY

5.1 SUB ORDERING

5.1.1 In general all sub ordering of services and work needs the written approval beforeordering.

5.1.2 Welding will be done by IMECO in-house.

5.1.3 NDT will be done by:

5.2 FREE ISSUE MATERIALS BY NPS:

5.2.1. 1st shipment ETA 3

rd of August 2015.

5.2.2. Receipt of free issue material to be recorded and reported to NPS by using the

packing lists.

5.2.3. Also the receipt of drawing transmittals needs to be reported to NPS.

5.3 RAW MATERIAL SUPPLY BY IMECO

" Materials supplied by Imeco 100% purchased.

" Paint material: Imeco will purchase as per time schedule.

6 PREPARATION FOR SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY

6.1 DELIVERY TERMFCA Ho Chi Minh City (Incoterms 2010)

6.2 MARKING AND TAGGING•  Each damper shall dismantled and marked according NPS field assembly drawings.

•  NPS will send stickers to IMECO for marking and tagging purpose.

•  It should be noted that items on site without marking were considered as not delivered.

•  Photos to be taken on each single item, single packages and to be recorded on CDsand submit to NPS with MDR.

6.3 PACKING

•  Packing shall be in accordance with applicable packing specification. All loose items tobe packed into a wooden box. All wooden materials shall be in accordance with ISPM-15 of the IPPC guidelines.

•  Tarpaulin shall be according to Nem packing specification.

•  All shipped items need to be mentioned on the final packing lists.

6.4 SHIPPINGShipment of the equipment is only allowed after receipt of shipping release note, is-sued by NPS

7 FINAL DOCUMENTATION

7.1 MANUFACTURING DATA RECORDS (MDR)7.1.1. The manufacturing data records shall be in accordance with applicable project

specification.

7.1.2. Table of content as per specification7.1.3. MDR to be prepared for each single unit.

7.2 RELEASE NOTERelease note will be issued by NPS if all requirements had been fulfilled and all in-spections had been carried out successfully.

8 EHS aspects:

8.1 Imeco is not certified in accordance with ISO 14001 or OHSAS 18001.

8.2 Accident and incident register found available
