with an academic advisor at any of

the WBU-San Antonio locations.

Books for WBUonline classes should

be purchased online at

The amount of non-refundable tuition depends upon when the class is dropped.

No withdrawals permitted after week 9. Last day to withdraw from class: May 4.

Adding and Dropping Classes

Adding classes:

Students eligible to register

using Student Services may

add or change classes online

before the close of regular

registration. Any changes will

affect amounts owed.

Dropping classes:

Failure to attend class

without officially withdrawing

will result in an “F” in the

course.

Before the term begins,

classes may be dropped

online using Student Services

or in person through an

academic advisor. Beginning

February 26, students must

go in person to the business

office to drop or withdraw

from class.

Non-attendance
