Tuition Refund Policy

The amount of non-refundable tuition depends upon when the class is dropped.

No withdrawals permitted after week 9. Last day to withdraw from class: May 4.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

For TDY or medical exigency withdrawals, contact your academic advisor.

25% tuition + all fees +

48 or more days after first class

meeting (weeks 8 and 9) No refund



Adding and Dropping Classes

Adding classes:

Students eligible to register

using Student Services may

add or change classes online

before the close of regular

registration. Any changes will

affect amounts owed.

Dropping classes:

Failure to attend class

without officially withdrawing

will result in an “F” in the

course.

Before the term begins,

classes may be dropped

online using Student Services

or in person through an

academic advisor. Beginning

February 26, students must

go in person to the business

office to drop or withdraw

from class.

Non-attendance

DOES NOT

automatically

withdraw a student

from class.

Fees: Starting on the first day

of term, February 26, there is

a $10.00 drop fee per class.

After the term begins, fees

(CDS, class/lab, etc.) are not

refundable.

Spring 2018: Feb. 26-May 19

Term Begins: Monday, February 26

Census Date: Tuesday, March 13

Easter Holidays: (classes do not meet) March 26-31, Offices closed March 30

Offices closed: April 2 (classes meet)

Last Day to Withdraw with a “W”: April 27

May 4 (no withdrawals after this date)

Term Ends: Saturday, May 19
