Notes to the teacher: This Research Model is created for Middle School students 6th-8th grade. It has been created to expand on the student’s wealth of knowledge about exercise, physical activity, and choosing fitness activities. The topics within the research model coordinate with the Health Education topics for 6-8 grade.

*The students have been instructed to save to the student drive and to include their name and period to the end of the title.

*This lesson may be completed outside of a computer lab by printing out “Fitness Graphic Organizer”, “Personal Activity Pyramid”, “Activity Planning Tool”, and “Reflection”. The students complete with a pencil/pen and place in the class folder.
