A recent survey of 100 adults 60 years old and older asked respondents the question below.
Do you think those reckless kids between the ages of 16 and 19 should be allowed to drive the safe streets of Winnipeg?
The provincial government agreed that the results would help decide if all people had to wait until they were 20 to get a license.
The result 90% responded that they should not be on the road, so the Provincial Government decided to postpone all drivers’ licenses to the age of 20.
