Main St reet Donna, Texas 78537 Re: Punch List The following is a punch list of outstanding work to be completed as observed on the renovation of Ms. Escobar’s residence on November 04, 2015: Exterior All of the exterior siding requires a close inspection to fully drive in all nail heads All of the exterior siding requires a close inspection to t ouch up with paint all areas that have been repaired. All of the exterior siding requires a close inspection to fully seal the siding to trim boards. All of the exterior siding requires a close inspection to seal around all penetrations with backer rod and sealant. Trim boards and front and rear decks require repainting and to i nclude the top and bottom edges. The posts on the front deck are to be sealed and the base and 4x4 wood angle brackets added to the tops. Add cedar trim t o the corner of the front deck near the entry stairs. Add wood colored sealant to all front and rear deck railing that does not meet ush. The roof ashing on the north side of the building requires a seam to be added and drip edge. The electric serv ice head pipe is insu ciently anchored to the building, requires properly sized screws. The ashing around the roof penetration is incorrectly installed. All termite shields need to veri ed that the sheet metal is correctly placed and neatly folded downward to piers. Hose bib piping on the northwes t corner of the building requires f oam insulation. Verify that rigid insulation for underside of oor deck is in-place and rmly secured to framing. Interior All surfaces need to be wiped of construc tion dust. Pipe penetration in oor of mechanical closet requires backrod and sealant. Wall paint requires touch-up through out the building. All case work and millwork requires paint touch-up. Sealant at joint with wall. Two areas of the oor in the dining area require additional bracing to the structure. Regrout tile work in the master bathroom on the backside of the shower curb and the left side of the shower wall. Add sealant to the head of the wall. Add exterior exhaust for range hood. .
