In order to construct a network diagram for a project, we must:Identify and list all of the activities that constitute the project.For each activity, identify all activities that must be completed before that activity is started.Draw the network diagram, representing each activity as a box (or node) and using arrows to represent precedence.

Your construction company has been awarded a contract to build a new gymnasium at the National Military Academy of Afghanistan. As part of your project planning, you will develop a network schedule for construction of the gymnasium. You begin by developing the activity list provided on the following page. Based on this list, construct a network diagram for the project.
