FULL CONSTRUCTION BUILD OUT

ZONE LOCATION STATUS

1 95 and 101 State StreetPreparation for work inside 95 State Street, as well as select demolition and abatement is ongoing, along with boiler piping and winterization. Demolition of the of pedestrian bridges between 95 State and 101 State is tentatively scheduled for Saturday November 19th. State Street will be closed from Main Street to E. Columbus Avenue while this work is being performed. Detour signage and a police detail will be present.

2 Hotel Installation of rock anchors, spread footings, and underslab MEP is underway, along with slab placements. Structural steel erection is underway. Second level slab on metal deck placements are anticipated to begin in late November.

4 Da Vinci Park No work anticipated

5 Dave's Furniture Preparation for pavement and setting up craft labor badge check point is ongoing.

11 Support Area Central electric facility (CEF) foundation work is underway, along with installation of area drains and conduits to CEF.

12 MGM Way Staging and picking steel from MGM Way with construction crane.

STREET WORK

State StreetPatching of the gas service trench is underway. Demolition of the of pedestrian bridges between 95 State and 101 State is tentatively scheduled for Saturday November 19th. State Street will be closed from Main Street to E. Columbus Avenue while this work is being performed. Detour signage and a police detail will be present.

Main StreetReflectorized drums will be placed in the south bound lane to shift traffic from 6am-6pm through Friday November 11th to allow for the unloading of certain materials onto the construction site. The barrels will be moved out of the road at the end of each day to allow parking during non-working hours. Two way traffic will be maintained at all times and two police details will be present. This traffic shift is currently underway.

East Columbus Avenue Gas service installation from E. Columbus gas main to Howard Street is anticipated to begin in mid November. A police detail is anticipated.
