Every EP and trainee will receive a feedback form to complete and based on the answers received, in 24 hours improvement actions will be taken

Implementing and EP/Trainee buddy system which will manage feedback forms, goal settings, career planning tools and keep constant communication.

Local Control Board

Having a local team made up of people specialized on GIP and GCDP, both outgoing and incoming, prepared to check the quality of exchange, and bring solutions and improvements, in case of any situation dealing with the quality of the programs.
