DESCRIPTION
101 Tag Games was created by children for children. The book is aimed at PE teachers, coaches, parents or anyone working with children from 5-11. You will find a great mix of tag games which involve minimal equipment but ensures maximum fun. Each tag game will ensure children are highlight engaged, fully involved and developing fundamental movement skills of running, dodging, catching and throwing.TRANSCRIPT

The Guernsey Sports Commission is a charitable organisation set up in 2004 to promote physical activity and sport in Guernsey, Channel Islands.
In 2014, to celebrate our 10th Birthday, the PE in Schools team offered children in Year 3 – 6 the opportunity to create a tag game.
We have chosen 101 of the most creative and exciting tag games for you to play at home, in the playground, during a PE lesson or at your sports club.

x Ensure you have plenty of space to play the tag game.
x Choose 1 tagger for every 5 people playing – 5 taggers if you have 25 people playing.
x Always make sure you know who the taggers are by wearing bibs
x Identify any hazards before you start the tag game and establish boundaries
x Ensure everyone is aware of when and how the game starts and stops
x Keep the tag game area free of any obstacles
x Ensure everyone is playing in appropriate footwear

pose of your favourite animal x To get the animals back in the
game you have to stroke them on the shoulder
