12/15 Gallery Walk Evaluation

Objective: IWBAT evaluate peers blueprints and catapults using evidence from rubric

Evaluation Gallery Walk• In this activity, you will help your classmates, by giving them

suggestions on their design, before it is evaluated for a final grade. Each group’s catapult and blueprint will be placed on their table with a stack of evaluation cards next to it and a rubric. When I say “rotate”, each group will rotate to the next table, in sequential order, 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8. At each table, the recorder will pick up an evaluation card and evaluate each group’s catapult and blueprint, giving them a score based upon the rubric. Along with the score, you must provide evidence and reasoning, as to why that score was given. You may discuss this with your group. One person will fill out the evaluation card, the other group members will record score and reasoning on their Notebook. Rotate recorders. A new person should record on evaluation card each rotation. Once finished with the evaluation, place card upside down on the table and wait for the next rotation.
