03 Oct 2012: 100% Proof Rick Santorum Born a Dual Citizen Not a Natural Born Citizen. Father perfected naturalization 3 yrs after Rick was born. Aldo Santorum was still an Italian citizen in 1958 when Rick was born. Aldo did not renounce his Italian citizenship until 1961. FOIA Response re Aldo Santorum. We now know why Rick Santorum refused to address questions about when his father became a U.S. Citizen, similar to the way Marco Rubio was evasive. Rick's father Aldo was born in Italy and arrived in the USA at age 7 on 23 Aug 1930 listed as an Italian citizen and did not perfect his naturalization by renouncing his Italian citizenship and taking the citizenship oath to the USA until 1961, 3 years after Rick Santorum was born in 1958. Thus Rick Santorum was born a dual Citizen -- a Citizen of Italy via jus sanguinis laws of Italy and the U.S. via his father who was still an Italian citizen when Rick was born and Rick was also a basic U.S. Citizen due to being born in the USA.The political desire of Santorum and others in the RNC to cover up and confuse the true meaning of the natural born Citizenship requirement in the U.S. Constitution has enabled Obama to usurp the Oval Office. In addition to Obama's criminal identity fraud and forged documents, Obama is constitutionally not a natural born Citizen of the U.S. since his father was not a U.S. Citizen when Obama was born. In fact Obama Sr. was not even an immigrant to the USA and never wanted to be a U.S. Citizen.
