DE-Consult, EVDR-Bahn-Consult and Transport Consult International Berlin GmbH are merged to createDE-Consult Deutsche Eisenbahn-Consulting GmbH.
1996 SUBSIDIARY GI-CONSULT ESTABLISHED
DE-Consult Deutsche Eisenbahn-Consulting GmbH and geometrie concern GmbH establish a subsidiary, Gi-Consult Geo Information Consult GmbH to bring together surveying and routing services as well as creating and processing geo-information systems.
2002 DB ACQUIRES COMPLETE INTEREST
Deutsche Bahn acquires completeinterest in DE-Consult from Deutsche Bank.

Merger of DB Projekt Verkehrsbau, DB BauProjekt GmbH Köln–Rhein/Main, DB Projekte Süd and DB Projekt GmbH Stutt-gart 21 to carry out infrastructure projects for DB AG. The technical offices of DB Netz and DB Station&Service and the domestic business of DE-Consult are integrated into the company.=> DE-Consult becomes a wholly-owned subsidiary of DB ProjektBau for the international and third-party customer markets in Germany.
