    that we loved most are Gaya Street (SundayMarket) and Tamu Penampang. What you can get

    in these 2 markets?

    Usually locals go for family Sunday outing to

    Gaya Street Sunday market, and the tourists also

    enjoy coming here as reasonable price souvenirsand Batik Sarong, varieties food, and even crafts

    and arts by the local artist.

    This area had been the central of Business

    district in Kota Kinabalu for more than hundreds

    of year!

    Longing to find the best vegetables and

    handicraft?

    Come to Tamu Penampang! Located at

    Dongonggon (15minutes driveway from Kota

    Kinabalu city), for those who loves to try

    something different, here you can find our famous

    tapai or lihing (rice wine), and bambangan (wild

    mango which was pickled).

    places for you to satisfy this passion of yours.

    Tawau Hills Park gazette in 1979, this breath-

    taking jungle is comprises a major landmark called

    Bombalai Hill and also other two hills namely

    Gunung Lucia and Gunung Magdalena.

    If you love to swim, just follow the nature

    trails, itll lead you to the waterfalls & hot spring,

    swim as you like! But beware for the deep steep

    for the weak swimmers.

    enjoyed watching a few

    new releases on the huge

    plasma! Breakfast was a

    huge buffet with a great

    selection of breads,

    pastries, French toast etc.

    I also used the gym which

    was included in the room

    rate sauna and Jacuzziwere nice food court in

    the LG floor of the

    shopping mall that is

    joined to the hotel which

    offers a decent selection

    and very good value 15-

    20mins walk into the

    town centre... We spent

    our free day in Tawau

    trekking in the Tawau

    hills national park -

    highly

    recommended! ...30-40
