Bright Horizons Backup-CareBright Horizons provides back-up child and adult/elder care services to
partners and employees of Locke Lord when you need to be at work and
your regular child, adult or elder care arrangements are unavailable.
• Center-based back-up child care: copayments are $15/child/day with a
$25/family/visit maximum
• In-home adult/elder back-up care: copayments are $6/hour with a 4 hour
minimum. *Please note there is an additional charge of $50/hour for medical care.
• Benefit available is 10 days per calendar year

Open Enrollment – Ends Nov 25 Key changes for 2020:
• New cost sharing schedule for medical, dental, and vision plans
• Changes to the medical and dental plan designs
• Base PPO plan in-network out-of-pocket maximum increasing to $3,500
Individual/$7,000 Family
• HDHP with HSA plan in-network out-of-pocket maximum increasing to
$7,000 Family
• Delta Dental per person calendar year maximum decreasing to $3,500
and Orthodontia Lifetime maximum decreasing to $3,500
• Health Savings Account (HSA) individual contribution limit has increased
to $3,550 for individual coverage and $7,100 for Individual + 1 or Family
coverage
• Healthcare Flexible Spending Account (HCFSA) contribution limit up to
the IRS limit of $2,750
