with a focus on developing leadership skills — the skills needed to drive change, manage
complexity, build top performing teams, and maintain a strong personal foundation to thrive
under the most challenging conditions.
What is Executive Coaching
COACHING This coaching is normally for a minimum of six months and up to one year.
SUPPORT The coach provides support to the client in addressing and focusing on strategic issues of the organization, while simultaneously addressing personal developmental issues.
DETERMINE A PLAN The coach usually gathers data and is then responsible for working with the executive to determine the plan, its implementation and subsequent follow-up.
GOALS The focus is to identify and prioritize developmental issues and goals with an action plan and SMART goals.
It is lonely at the top
Let’s face it, you can’t really share it all Shareholders, CHRO/VP HR, colleagues, peers, sub-ordinates and managers have different agendas than yours.
