“UX process isn't something ‘static’. It's iterative and it tries to understand the needs (or desires) of humans. It's all about stay curious and try: try better, try harder. It isn't only a few sketches or some flows. It's understanding process and failure is only a way to eliminate some possible ways to do things. So don't be scared about that.”
