Best Practices

• 19 participants – 8U – 90 min tournament; 11:30am-1pm– Set up 6 x 36’ courts on 2 x 78’ courts– Played best of 3 x 7 point tiebreakers– Handed out info to parents, which they reviewed

with their kids.– Reviewed rules with all prior to event.– 4 on-court monitors– Made 3 groups by year birth and ability level. – Everyone played 4-5 matches – Some of the players with better skills played

doubles– Invite the parents to come out to the court after

the matches to take pictures.
