You are cordially invited to join Souhegan High School on Wednesday, April 17, 2013, from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. to help familiarize you with the school and complete the registration, review course selection, take a math assessment, and go on a tour.

SHS National Honor Society Inducts New Members
New members to the National Honor Society at Souhegan were inducted in a student-centered ceremony at SHS on March 6. The evening was kicked-off with an introduction by principal Jon Ingram, music by senior Emmy McGuy, and an address by Adam Theriault, fac-ulty speaker. Jeanne Neverisky is NHS Staff Adviser.

This year’s second grade musical performance followed the theme of love songs. Love songs were directed and arranged by Robert All-warden, musical specialist at Wilkins School and performed by the Wilkins School Grade
2 Rockers. The songs were probably very familiar to the parents in the audience and included: “I Want To Hold Your Hand,” “Yummy, Yummy, Yummy,” “Help Me Rhon-da,” and “Ain’t Seen Nothin’ Yet”.
The “Rockers” performed a choreographed line dance to “Love, Love Me Do” and Tutti, Frutti.” The finale “My Peace” by Woody and Arlo Guthrie included participation from the audience. “My peace, my peace is all I’ve got that I can give to you.”
