• Professional development will be provided on Common Core Standards, content specific areas, effective delivery of instruction through the TCTEF and progress monitoring to ensure fidelity of instruction and interventions.
• Coordinate a staff development program for all employees on any changes in NYS curriculum (for instructional staff)
• Curriculum mapping will be completed in all subject areas.
• All secondary departments will provide links and information will be maintained on the district website to promote parental support in student achievement
• All departments will utilize quarterly exams and student data to identify at risk students and develop an plan of action for addressing student weaknesses.
• Curriculum mapping aligned to the Common Core Standards will be completed in all subject areas.
• Survey staff to determine areas of professional development interest and perceived need annually.
Skills Periods‐ Designed to provide educational supports for Special Education students in the Integrated Co‐teaching setting.Special Education Lab Classes‐ Designed to target deficiencies and develop student skills related to the Common Core.

• We will develop communication methods to enhance relationships between the school district and the community.
• The district website, social media, parent portal, and message boards will be used to communicate with members of the community and promote the school district.
• We will have initiated partnerships with businesses and other organizations in the community. Determine the businesses and organizations the district would like to form partnerships with.
• Determine how we can work with businesses and organizations to contribute to the quality of education.
