Inserting and Modifying Illustrations
The Illustrations group on the Insert tab provides options for working with pictures, shapes, clip art, SmartArt, charts, and screenshots.
When you click a button in the Illustrations group, you will be able to choose the graphic you want to insert using a dialog box, task pane, or menu, depending on the type of illustration.

Inserting and Modifying Pictures: Use the Insert Picture from File button in the
Illustrations group to insert a picture. When a picture is inserted at the insertion point, it is an
inline object that moves with the text around it. Text does not wrap around it.
A floating object is not connected to the text in a document; text can wrap around a floating object several different ways or flow in front of or behind it.

Inserting and Modifying Screenshots
The Screenshot button in the Illustrations group lets you insert a picture of a computer screen or part of a screen, such as window or button.
The Screen Clipping command on the Screenshot menu lets you use the mouse to cut out and insert any part of a screen into your document.
After you insert a screenshot or clipping, you can modify it using the Picture Tools Format tab.

positioned and modified like a graphic object in a document.
The Text Box button displays the Text Box gallery, which contains predesigned text boxes you can insert into documents, or you can draw a new blank text box.
