WHO HAS THE POWER?1. Romans 1:16 " ...to everyone who believes”

a. Trust God to do what he said He will do, an act of worship.

b. Trust God to forgive when you confess, as an act of worship

2. Romans 1:16 "to the Jew first and also to the Greek” - all people groups

3. Romans 1:17 "from faith to faith" for all time
