CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Commission at the rate of 15% plus VAT will be charged to purchasers on

each item.

2. VAT at the rate of 20% will be charged to purchasers in addition to the

purchase price of lots where indicated by the Auctioneers.

3. Payment terms. Strictly cash or debit card. Credit cards not accepted.

4. All goods to be paid for on the sale day and no lots may be removed until a

receipted account has been obtained from the sale office.

5. All lots are the responsibility of the purchaser from the fall of the hammer.

6. This catalogue is prepared for the benefit only of purchasers who are deemed

to have fully satisfied themselves as to the description, quantity or quality of

any lots before bidding.

7. Lots subject to change and any changes will be announced at the time of sale.

8. The following terms are deemed to imply:-

Pair – Male & 1 Female Pair – Drake & 1 Duck / Gander & 1 Goose

Trio – Male & 2 Females Trio – Drake & 2 Ducks / Gander & 2 Geese

Two – 2 Females

Three – 3 Females

Other descriptions are believed to be self-explanatory.

9. HATCHING EGGS – All hatching eggs are sold on the understanding that

vendors in good faith sell as being pure bred and fertile. No refunds will be

given in instances where eggs prove to be infertile or of the wrong breed

described.

10. All items are to be removed on the day of sale by 2pm.

11. Other conditions of sale as displayed and announced at the time of sale.

12. Purchasers are required to register for a bidding number prior to bidding.
