AS A US CITIZEN, PEOPLE ENJOY CERTAIN RIGHTS
These are the liberties and freedoms given to all citizen.
Few rights, if any are considered absolute though.
Citizen’s rights and freedoms in the US are guaranteed by the Constitution.
In return for these rights, citizens owe allegiance to the government.
Amendments that protect these freedoms are: a) Bill of Rights ( the first 10 amendments) b) 14th Amendment
The Constitution also protects the equality of citizens through majority rule.
