1. 2015 Elections

2. ERCOT System Outages and Failures TDTWG used month updates as presented at RMS and COPs to

discuss with MPs.

• All SLA targets met for the month of November and December 2014

• 11/9/14 - Retail Market planned maintenance outage with no issues to report

• 11/17/14 - MarkeTrak API and GUI degradation due to an application issue

• 12/15/14 - FindESIID and FindTransaction intermittent response for 3 Market Participants due to an application is

• Market Data Transparency experienced delays in posting various reports.

o 11/2014 - Missing intervals for 5 reports due to a database issueo 12/15/14 - ERCOT discontinued publishing the 48 Hour Highest

Price AS Offer Selected report because it may have inadvertently revealed Protected Information.

• January 2015o 1/25/15 – Planned maintenance outage

• February 2015o 2/28/15 to 3/01/15 – Retail Releaseo SLA exception may be necessary due to additional time needed

on Saturday, 2/28/15

3. MarkeTrak performance• ERCOT presented at RMS, SLO for the month of November were met

and December 2014 missing SLO for API update.

• API update – experienced an issue with tool in the month of December 2014

• ERCOT and the MTTF agreed that no changes will be made at this time to the SLOs in the 2015 SLA document

• API update response level still slow. Conference Call scheduled for January 9, 2015 to discuss queries used

Exceptions• ERCOT will update and communicate release and outage expectations via

the stakeholder process. Changes or postponement to release dates require a 45 day notice. Cancellation of release dates requires a minimum 10 day notice.

• If the timeframe between a TDTWG meeting where an exception is requested and the subsequent RMS meeting is greater than the required 15 days, an e-mail vote will be requested of RMS to address the exception request.

• TDTWG/MPs has requested if the timeframe between TDTWG and RMS meeting is greater than the required 15 day to be 20 days, an email vote will be requested of RMS to address the exception request.

4. 4th QTR performance• Performance measures not ready to post but will be

presented at the Feb 2015 TDTWG meeting.

5. Discussed 2015 SLA• As presented at RMS, TDTWG and MPS discussed

proposed changes for 2015 Review under Section 2.1.2 Service Availability

• Release Window: schedule change to 6 planned releases per year

• Updated weekend release schedule (7:00pm Saturday - 12:00am Monday)

6. Discussed ERCOT Internet Explorer • ERCOT provide details at RMS on January 6, 2015.

• Roadmap includes IE 8 support – any changes to the roadmap ERCOT will provided advance notice.

• Testing all applications to determine what functionality does & does not work in “compatibility mode” and is expected to continue through 2015 Q1.

• Any functionality that does not work in “compatibility mode” will be addressed and coordinated with ERCOT’s project and release schedules

• Will IE 9 be supported? and When can the IA be expected?

7. ERCOT Test Environment• TDTWG and MPs will review and discuss the business

case document and make edits at the Feb. 10, 2015 meeting"

8. NAESB Updates• Request for additional placeholders is being reviewed to be

added to the NAEB standards.

• NAESB meeting scheduled – February 24,2015.

• Further discussion in TDTWG meeting, February 10th to discuss drafting the System Change Request and plan outline with the expectation providing more details to RMS March meeting.
