適用範圍 Scope

本標準適用於公共游泳池中的所有固定式滑水道。本標準規定公共游泳池固定式滑水道的一般安全要求。定義特訂滑水道之安全要求，這些安全要求亦儘可能應用於未定義之滑水道。這些要求考量滑水道安全性及其設計、計算與測試等技術規則。

理由 Rationale

1.衛生福利部於 108 年 1 月 22 日召開 108 年度第 1 次兒童及少年事故傷害防制協調會議之決議，請本局擔任制定「固定式滑水道」國家標準之主責機關。

2.依土木工程及建築國家標準技術委員會 108 年 30 次會議決議辦理，為同意制定「固定式滑水道」國家標準，編擬依據採用歐盟標準 EN 1069-1。

適用範圍 Scope

本標準針對使用或結合電光源且在 250 V 以下電源電壓操作、適用於室內及/或戶外(例，花園)用途(不含手提燈具)之一般用途型可移動式燈具(不含手持式燈具)，規定其個別要求。

理由 Rationale

一般照明用可攜式燈具為應施檢驗商品，電器安規檢驗標準直接採用 IEC 60598-2-4(1979 年版)，目前 IEC 60598-2-4 國際標準最新版已更新至 2017年，配合本局應施檢驗標準改版之需求，依最新版 IEC 國際標準修訂國家標準。

適用範圍 Scope

本標準規定液態柏油、舖路柏油及液態柏油餾餘物於 60 ℃，與舖路柏油於 135 ℃溫度下，範圍在 6 cSt 至 100,000 cSt 之動黏度測定方法。

為維護施工品質及政府公共工程採購需求修訂相關標準，以提升產品品質，保障行路安全。

適用範圍 Scope

本標準規定各類柏油(瀝青)在-25 ℃至+275 ℃間測定之體積轉換成基準溫度15 ℃體積校正值及換算係數表，惟不適用於乳化瀝青。

適用範圍 Scope

本標準規定以環與小球之設備，浸沒於合適浴槽液體如蒸餾水、甘油或乙二醇等中，以測定瀝青軟化點之試驗法，其範圍為 30 ℃至 157℃{ 86 ℉至 315℉}。

適用範圍 Scope

本標準適用於以水泥、合成樹脂等結合材料，骨材、無機質系粉粒及纖維材料為主原料，使用噴塗、滾塗、鏝塗等方式塗布於建築物之內外壁。

理由 Rationale

為符合業界使用需求，參考 JIS A6909:2014 修訂，以提升產品品質，供產業界參考依循。





CNS 10026 耐燃性輸送用橡膠帶 Flame-resistant rubber belts for conveyors

適用範圍 Scope

本標準適用於耐燃橡膠輸送帶，包含具耐燃性之布層心體橡膠輸送帶及鋼索心體輸送橡膠帶，並規定其耐燃性等級與試驗方法。

理由 Rationale

參考 JIS K6324:2013 修訂，強化產品品質及檢驗技術，以符合業界使用需求。

本標準適用於焊接設備之焊接、切割及其相關用途之橡膠管，包括雙拼膠管的要求。本標準規定一般負荷為 2 MPa {20 bar}及輕負荷的橡膠管的要求(限於膠管最高使用壓力為 1 MPa {10 bar}，孔徑最大(含)為 6.3 mm)。
