Following activities to be taken up under Swachh Bharat Mission

Week for creating more awareness about the programme and for

grounding different Projects under this Mission

1. Identification of eligible beneficiaries for IHHT scheme by doing

door to door survey and by conducting ward meeting by SBM Officer

2. Verification of received applications by SBM Officer

3. Release of sanction order for all eligible households

4. While doing the ward meeting SBM officer should also sensitize the

community about the different components Swachh Bharat

Mission

5. Finalisation of strategy for taking up the construction of IHHT

6. Familiarization of swacchbharaturban.gov.in by all Swachh Bharat

06-05-2015 Wednesday Documentation of applications by the beneficiaries

07-05-2015 Thursday Scrutiny of applications by SBM Officer, administrative sanction to be given by Municipal Commissioner

08-05-2015 Friday Distribution of sanctioned letters to the eligible beneficiaries

11-05-2015 Monday Video/Teleconference by the State Mission Directors to collect information from ULBs

12-05-2015 Tuesday Video conference by the national Mission Directorate with states to collect information

Acknowledgement to the beneficiary and the sanction order may be generated from

swachhbharaturban.gov.in portal. Expenses towards organising meetings at ward

level and printing of applications form can incurred from IEC and A&OE Component of the

budget released to the States.
