This No Limit Hold’em poker tournament will include the following:

1. Registration will begin on August 24, 2019, at 9AM, until the starting time of the tournament.

a. Late Registration and Alternates have until the end of Level 6 to buy-in to the tournament.

b. Management reserves the right to stop selling seats prior to the scheduled start time

to ensure an even number of seats at all tables or to resolve staffing or space issues.

c. In the event all seats are sold, alternates will be taken.

2. The total cost is $280 for Buy-Ins, Late Registrations, Alternates and Re-Entries.

The $280 total cost breaks down as follows:

a. $250 towards the total Prize Pool

b. $20 House Fee

c. $10 Staff Fee

3. Alternates have priority over Re-Entries.

4. Unlimited Re-Entries are available until the start of Level 7.

5. Participants will begin with 25,000 in tournament chips.

6. If a player wishes to forfeit his/her chips and re-enter for a full starting stack of 25,000

tournament chips they may do so, only after Level 6 and before play resumes to Level 7.

7. In the event a player does not have enough chips for the Big Blind and the Ante, the Ante will

be posted first and the remaining chips will then go to the Big Blind.

8. The tournament will be played out until a 1st place winner has been declared or a deal agreed

upon by all finalists has been reached.

9. Tournament Directors Association rules will be followed for this event.

10. This event will pay based on the amount of participants in the tournament. In the event the

guaranteed prize pool is not reached, the difference will be paid from the poker promotional fund.

11. Poker Management reserves the right to cancel or change the start time of this promotion at any time.

12. Any modification of the rules for this tournament must be approved by the Tribal Gaming Office

prior to implementation.

13. All guests must have a Players Club Card and valid ID to participate in this event.

14. All unresolved patron disputes will be referred to the Tribal Gaming Office in accordance with

1. Registration will begin on September 1, 2019, at 9AM, and will continue until the starting time of each

tournament.


b. Management reserves the right to stop selling seats prior to the scheduled start time to ensure an

even number of seats at all tables or to resolve staffing or space issues.


2. The total cost is $40 for Buy-Ins, Late Registrations, Alternates and Re-Entries. The $40 total cost breaks

down as follows:

a. $30 Prize Pool

b. $5 House Fee

c. $5 Staff Fee

3. Alternates have priority over Re-Entries. All buy-ins for the satellite will be added together to create the

total prize pool.

4. Unlimited Re-Entries are available until the start of level 9.


6. For every $280 in the prize pool, 1 (one) entry into the “10k Black Chip Bounty” will be awarded to

qualifying player(s) as posted. Any remaining cash will be awarded to the first non-qualifying player based

on their finish. The cash collected for entries will be transmitted to the cage and added to the total prize

pool of the “10k Black Chip Bounty” Tournament scheduled to take place September 22, 2019.

7. Satellite tournaments may limit players or available seating based on Manager’s discretion.

8. Each tournament will be played out until all remaining players are qualified for the “Main Event” tournament,

and the remaining funds would be paid to the first player that does not qualify, based on their finish.

9. Tournament Directors Association rules will be followed during this event.

10. All guests must have a Players Club Card and a valid ID to participate in this event.


Any modification of the rules for this tournament must be approved by the Tribal Gaming Office prior to

implementation.

All unresolved patron disputes will be referred to the Tribal Gaming Office in accordance with the Compact

Section 14 and the Gila River Gaming Ordinance Section 22.1005.

a. Any seats remaining after the start of the tournament may be sold until the start of level 4.

b. Management reserves the right to stop selling seats prior to the scheduled start time to ensure

an even number of seats at all tables or to resolve staffing issues

c. There will be no re-entries allowed in this tournament.

2. The total cost per team is $330 Buy-ins, Late Registrations, and Alternates. The $330 total cost breaks down

as follows:

a. $200 towards the Team event Prize Pool

b. $100 towards the Individual event Prize Pool

c. $20 House Fee

d. $10 Staff Fee

3. A team must consist of TWO (2) players.

4. Each teammate will start with $20,000 in tournament chips.


6. Teammates may not sit at the same table during the tournament unless it is the final table of the event.

7. If a table breaks or a player is moved to balance tables and is seated with his/her teammate, players

must immediately inform the dealer and tournament assistant. If the player that has been moved plays

a hand at said table, both players on the team may be penalized and up to possible disqualification from

the tournament.

8. The “Individual” Event tournament will be played out until a 1st place winner has been declared or a deal

agreed upon by all finalists has been reached. In the event of a deal agreement, players will be awarded

points for the team event based on stack size. Smallest stack receiving highest point to largest stack

receiving one point for 1st place.

9. The “Combined” Event winner will be determined by combining the teammates’ scores. Lowest combined

team scores will determine the winners. Position eliminated from the tournament equals players score.

(Ex: Teammate “A” busts out in 55th and Teammate “B” busts out in 10th = a team score of 65.)

10. All players eliminated prior to the start of level 4 will receive a score of the total remaining players plus 1.

(Ex: 80 player starting field with 65 players to start level 4. All eliminated players would receive 66 points.)

1. Entries for this tournament can be acquired in one of two ways:

a. First, participants can win their way in by qualifying in one of our “Single Table Shootouts”

or “Multi-Table Satellites”

b. Second, participants can buy directly into the “Main Event” for a $340 Buy-in plus a $40 House fee

and a $20 Staff fee for a $400 total entry cost.

2. $340 from Buy-ins / Re-Entries will be added together to create the total prize pool.


4. Unlimited $400 Re-entries for the first 6 rounds with $340 going to the prize fund $40 going to the House

and a $20 Staff fee.

5. Late buy-ins and alternates have priority over re-entries.

6. There will be a 120 player maximum starting field for each day one (1) session.

7. There will be eight day-one (1) sessions:

a. Day 1a will begin on 9/7/19 at 11AM

b. Day 1b will begin on 9/7/19 at 6PM

c. Day 1c will begin on 9/14/19 at 11AM

d. Day 1d will begin on 9/14/19 at 6PM

e. Day 1e will begin on 9/21/19 at 11AM

f. Day 1f will begin on 9/21/19 at 6PM

g. Day 1g will begin on 9/28/19 at 11AM

h. Day 1h will begin on 9/28/19 at 6PM

8. The final day will be on Sunday September 29, 2019, and will have a start time of 6PM.

9. Each day one session will play until the top 16% of that field has been reached and those players will return

on September 29, 2019 to play against the top 16% of all other day one sessions.



11. The 16% number will be set once registration closes after level 6.

12. At the end of each day-one (1) session, the remaining players will count and bag their chips and then sign

the bag seal.

13. It is the player’s responsibility to put all their tournament chips in the bag and that the stated count is

correct.

14. Players surviving more than one Day 1 flight will receive a $1,200 cash payout for the lesser multiple chip

stack. The lesser stack will also be pulled from play. Players can receive a maximum of (7) $1,200 Multi Stack

Cash Payouts.

15. All Multi-Stack payouts will be pulled from the prize pool prior to posting the day 2 payouts.




18. In the event the guaranteed prize pool is not reached the difference will be paid from the poker promotional

fund.

19. Registration will take place beginning September 1, 2019, at 8AM, and continue until the starting

times of each day-one (1) Session. Any seats remaining after the start of a tournament may be sold up

until the end of the 6th level.




22. Poker management reserves the right to cancel or change the start time of this tournament at any time.

These tournaments will include the following:

1. Registration will begin on September 1, 2019, at 9AM, and will continue until the starting time of each

tournament.

3. Alternates have priority over Re-Entries. All buy-ins for the satellite will be added together

to create the total prize pool.

4. Unlimited Re-Entries are available until the start of level 9.

6. For every $400 in the prize pool, 1 (one) entry into the “100k Main Event” will be awarded to qualifying

player(s) as posted. Any remaining cash will be awarded to the first non-qualifying player based on their

finish. The cash collected for entries will be transmitted to the cage and added to the total prize pool of the

“Main Event” Tournament scheduled to take place September 7, 14, 21, 28, and 29, 2019.

7. Satellite tournaments may limit players or available seating based on Manager’s discretion.

8. Each tournament will be played out until all remaining players are qualified for the “Main Event” tournament,

SINGLE TABLE SHOOT OUT RULES

These tournaments will include the following:

1. Participants will be charged a $50 Buy-in plus a $5 House fee and a $5 Dealer fee for a $60 total entry cost.


3. All buy-ins will be added together to create the total prize pool.

4. These “Single Table Shootouts” may be held 24 hours a day 7 days a week any time (9) nine

or (10) ten players are reached beginning on September 1, 2019, and continuing up to the start of

the Day 1h session of the “100k Main Event” on September 28, 2019.

5. The winner of each “Single Table Shootout” will be awarded one $400 entry into the “100k Main Event”

Tournament in September 2019 with any remaining cash going to the second place finisher.

6. The cash collected for entries will be transmitted to the cage and added to the total prize pool

of the “100k Main Event” Tournament scheduled to take place in September 2019.

7. The following levels will be 10 minutes in length. There will be a break after every 1 hour of play.



10. Each tournament will be played out until one remaining player is qualified for the “100k Main Event”,
