The profiles will be used to make better design decisions at a tactical level of how functionality and content are structured and presented in the redesigned websites. Some of the methods we might use to develop audience profiles: Customer data analysis In-depth Interviews Customer surveys Focus groups / workshops Social Listening could also be used to harvest audience insight Audience Analysis 9 Following on from the strategic planning we determine and document the business requirements and map these against the user needs. This helps to narrow the range of potential content and functionality to the experience and to focus on the functionality that will be mutually beneficial to both Sky and the end user.
