① Pull out [Save as Type] menu, select [Excel97-2003 Workbook]

■ The format to save Standard Quotation Format

For all versions, always save file as "Excel97-2003 Workbook "(*.xls) format. For Excel2010/2013, a [Compatibility Check] window will pop-up. Click [Continue]

to save the file.
