3. PERCENTAGE OF DIRECTS PAIR MATCHING INCOME

If a distributor purchases minimum Rupee 100/- every month from last three months continuously then he will eligible for this income and he will get 5% of pair matching income of all direct distributors with no capping but the minimum pair matching income of that distributor should be Rupees 1000/- and they have purchased minimum Rupees 100/- products in that particular month.

4- BONUS ON REFFRELS

If a distributor makes four sponsoring of 1pv each within 30days of their joining he will eligible to get Rupees 1000 as Bonus

5- REWARS ON GOOD WORKINGOnly that promoter will will be eligible for

rewards who is purchasing minimum Rupee 100/- products from the company store.

6- RE-PURCHASE PLAN

When a promoter purchases after his first purchase that purchase of product is treated as repurchase of products and that promoter and the other promoters lies in the upline of that promoter have the right to receive incentive on that purchase. To distribute the repurchase

incentives among promoters welcome India have categorize all re-purchase products into two categories that is Grade- A and Grade-B promoters incentive on Grade- A products is calculated on the bases of Business Volume and on Grade- B products on Mrp. bases on

below descriptions.

of Grade-A products and 0.2% on total Mrp turnover sale of Grade-B products will be given to those promoters who’s minimum two directs have generated the

business of 250000 per directline continuously for six months.

House fund 2% of total directline’s bv turnover sale

of Grade-A products and 0.2% on on total mrp turnover sale of Grade-B products will be given to those promoters who’s minimum two directs have generated the business of 750000 per directline continuously for six months.

Terms & Conditions

1. Any person who is going to be the new promoter of Welcome India read and understand carefully the every term and conditions written on joining form. If any person is illiterate or not now the language, it is their duty to understand everything from any person who knows about it.

2. Payout will credited in the bank account only after deducting TDS which is 10% if pan card is available or 20% if pan card is not available and admin charges which is 5% of Gross Income.

3. Any person who is going to be the new promoter of Welcome India can purchase only Grade-A products, Grade-B products are available only for Re-purchase.

4. All incentives given to the promoter on the bases of Business Volume on Grade-A products and on Mrp. on Grade-B products
