Permanent CAX organisationBackground:

• NJHQ were tasked to establish a national CAX capability in 2009

• CAX is recognised as a costeffective way to do Command Post Exercises

• A study came to the conclusion that this organisation needed a minimum of 7 specialists

• As of now I am the only one. (3 more accepted in near future)

• Beeing helped by R&A and NCI Agency

• Educating JTLS operators every year (building a pool)
