This Week 2 modules delivered this week

Now 1 spare R and phi at CERN 1 week behind schedule in steps 1 week behind schedule in module delivery

H138 rejected due to large p-stop problem over ~250 channels

Thus any additional needed spares have to come from parts started this week

PA/chip gluing processing well 2 back-end bonded Friday 2 more ready for back-end bonding Monday

Best estimate now for next module with sensors attached/bonded/tested is March 9th

Still estimate 4 days to take module from this state to shipping to CERN
