All licenses, permits or findings of suitability are conditioned upon compliance with all provisions of Zoning, Building, Fire or other Codes, State Gaming Statutes and regulations as applicable, Health Department regulations and the payment of Business License fees and investigation fees, as required by Ordinance or Regulation, unless specifically waived by the Board. All Gaming Licenses approved at this meeting are conditioned that they receive approval form the Nevada Gaming Commission at their January 2007 Meeting. Licenses approved by the Board may not be activated until a final inspection and sign-off are received from an Agent of the Department of Business License. Any Liquor License not placed into operation within sixty (60) days of Board approval is automatically revoked. As your item is read, please step up to the speaker’s podium and clearly state your name and address into the microphone for the record. NOTE: All items on this agenda are for action by the Liquor and Gaming Licensing Board unless otherwise noted.
