REGISTRATION INFORMATIONAdmission to the Symposium is limited to max 100 staff physicians and 40 residents/trainees, with mandatory pre-registration.

ITALIAN ECM ACCREDITATIONThe Course has been accredited for 13 ECM credits for year 2018.Accredited professional profile: Medical Doctor - Disciplines: Anesthesia and Intensive Care, Cardiac Surgery, Cardiology, Emergency Medicine.

ECM credits are for Italian participants only. In order to obtain ECM credits it is essential to completely fill in the Personal Data Form (in particular, family & first name, date and place of birth, tax code and email address), the Satisfaction Rating Form and the Learning Assessment Questionnaire.

The completed forms must be returned to the Organizing Secretariat onsite at the end of the event. In case of incorrect, incomplete or unintelligible data, no ECM credits will be granted.

Participants are requested to register their presence at the beginning and at the end of the scientific sessions. To earn the ECM credits, it is essential to attend the Course for 90% of the total time and respond correctly to 75% of the questions in the Learning Assessment Questionnaire.
