a quarter. Select the circle next to Quarter Beginning to highlight in green and then

choose the quarter and then the year of the quarter you wish to view. This may be the

easiest option to choose.

Registrar payments may show as ‘contract adjustments’ in one of two ways:

In this example, adjustments to a GP Registrar salary reimbursement have been paid via a contract adjustment:

Click on ‘Choose new date’ to go back to previous screen.

A value will show on the trainee statement for contract adjustments [N.B. the value shown includes all adjustments made]

Further down the statement, the breakdown of the Contract Adjustment values will be shown

Option 2: Training Grants – for areas with a Single Lead Employer

In areas where there is a single lead employer for GP registrars and PCSE reimburses

training grant only, most training grant payments will now be processed as a contract

adjustment and can be seen under the ‘variance details’ section of your main payment:

1.5 Downloading or Viewing Other Statements

At the top there are 2 buttons on the screen so you can either download the statement

as an XML or CSV file:

At the bottom of the page there are 2 buttons - ‘Choose a New Date’ will take you back

the 1st screen that comes up when you go into GP statements allowing you to choose a

new date criteria of statements to view or ‘Choose a New Statement’ will take you back

to the previous screen that has the list of statements you chose to view.

Click on either Download XML or Download CSV to download a copy of the statement to your PC

Click either of these buttons to choose new date criteria or a new

statement to view

Training grant may be coded ‘TRAG’ under the contract variance section of your payment statement
