to generate Cash Flow Chart , Plan Brochure & Cost

Benefit analysis.

Tele Marketing option is used for calculation of premiums & benefits.Agents Manual option is used to get the details

of the plan.

Through this option plans in Term series

can be combined on Single Click.

User can minimize , close & can take help through these

Options.


For Single Plan Presentation ,Create the Customer Data through

Age Entry option and thereafter, check in the single plan

Option Button.

Say , User selects Jeevan Anand policy from list.

Thereafter, Click on “PROCESS “

Sum Assured and Modein the respective fields.

Table , Term etc and click the Process Button as under Single Plan Presentation

for all the plans,you want to mix.


Select the desired client from list and then click on View Report button.


To view Cash Flow Chart with Yield % , Click on the label Calculate &

Show Yield.


Select the desired client from list and then click

on View Report..


To create Family Package,Check this option.

To create a new family package, choose

the option create new package.


Create customer data (through option Age Entry) for 1st

member , add plans data (as we do under single plan presentation ) and click Process Button.


Create data for second member( through Age Entry option ) ,add plans data & click Process Button .Similarly

for 3rd & more members.


Click on

Benefit & Plan Composition to get the

Benefit & Plan Composition Report under Family

Package . .


Similarly for Cash Flow ChartClick the Cash Flow Chart

label.


Now to view customer wise Report click this label.


If you click the all settings option,then the reports are generated

simultaneously in all the cabs.viz; single plan , mix plan and

family package.



Click for “Age Entry” option.


Enter your Birth Date( Date ,Month , Year )and enter Name and

click on “Create Customer Data “ Button.

All the customers dataare stored in a list .You can select

a customer from the list directly(withoutCreating a new customer ID)

by clicking the Button “Select from the list”.


To Find, Modify & Flush out , Click on

this Button.


To Modify Customer Data, click on this option..

Enter the Customer ID And Click OK button.


Click for “Change Bonus Etc” option.

Note-This option

should be used after you have entered table no and before
