CONDUCTED IN NATCF AIRSPACE• NEW RNAV ARRIVALS, DEPARTURES, AND

APPROACHES HAVE BEEN IMPLEMENTED• NEW FDIO WILL BE OPERATIONAL AT HND• TEMP TFMS HAS BEEN APPROVED FOR

• GATE HOLD POSITION AT HND WILL BE STAFFED BY LAS CPC’S & TMC’S ON 10/11 & 10/12

• LAS “GO-TEAM” BEING ESTABLISHED TO ASSIST AT HND AS NEEDED

• ZLA TMU PRESENCE AT L30• ATCSCC PRESENCE REQUESTED AT L30





• LAS is Expecting To Operate in Config #3 - RWY01/25 AAR=54.

• HND AAR=16 To Begin The Shift.• AAR For LAS/HND Is Dynamic and Will Be

Adjusted Up or Down As Necessary• The NATCF has agreed to work the VGT

arrivals OCT 8-10.

• IF LOCIGS or WINDS Become An Issue, Config 4 RWY19/07 or Config 2 RWY01 Will Be Used, In That Order.

• THE AAR’S Will Be Reduced Dramatically, Which May Require a GDP or other TMI’s.

• OCT 8-10: WILL BE THE PRIMARY ARRIVAL DAYS FOR HND.

• IFR DEPARTURES HAVE BEEN BRIEFED TO EXPECT EXTENSIVE DDLAS.

• OCT 11-12: WILL BE THE PRIMARY DEPARTURE DAYS FOR HND.

• IFR ARRIVALS TO HND CAN EXPECT AN EXTENSIVE DELAY ON THE GROUND.

• Adjacent ARTCC’s expect MIT TMI’s as necessary to manage increased workload.

There are no RNAV arrivals serving VGT.




NBAA HND 2011 (ZLA TMU) ZLA Sector alert mitigation during departures

pushes;– MIT TMI’s to a fix serving the alerted sector

should not be airport specific. L30 TMU will set internal airport departure MIT to meet the ZLA originated TMI over the departure fix.
