What is Erasmus Mundus?
“Erasmus Mundus is a cooperation and mobility programme in the filed of higher education for:
the enhancement of quality in European higher education;the promotion of the European Union as a centre of excellence in learning around the world;the promotion of intercultural understanding through cooperation with third countries in the filed of higher education.

• 58,5% of the scholarships open to candidates of Target Group 1: Students, teachers and administrative staff registered or affiliated in one of the Central Asian universities member of the partnership.
• 29% of the scholarships open to candidates of Target Group 2: Students, teachers and administrative staff registered or affiliated in other Central Asian universities or PhD candidates having obtained a university degree by an institution of the Central Asian countries involved.
• 12% of the scholarships open to candidates of Target Group 3: Nationals of the participating countries who are in particularly vulnerable situations, for social, economics and political reasons.

Economic benefits:

•Doctorate: 1,500 Euro per month
