•No single-handed operation except . . .
• Emergency situations to get vessel back
to dock
• Launching & recovery at boat ramp

• In August 2014 the OTO requested, through the DSO-OP, a complete PPE inventory – 50% of Divisions responded
• Failure to provide inventory to DSO-OP by April 1st, 2015 will result in immediate suspension of boat crew certifications.
