eCops Ltd has specially designed and created unique software to support the investigation of

eBay items and sellers.

It provides direct access to eBay’s internal database and produces results in real time 24/7

without the need to contact eBay or visit the eBay site or download any files.

On the fly, investigators can produce reports on live listings or obtain full 90 days seller

histories, export results to MS Excel® for further analysis and auto-save listings in bulk to HTML

to preserve the evidence. They can plot seller’s postcodes to a map of the UK and conduct

searches by postcode.

With full audit trail and free group memberships it provides a complete eBay investigation hub

that far exceeds the search capabilities of the eBay site.

Subscriptions start at just £199 (+vat) a year and it can pay for itself through POCA seizures

Scenario 1: You are informed of a suspicious listing on eBay. You are told the item number and need to ascertain the seller’s location

Create sub-accounts

• Main account holders may create sub-accounts for their colleagues

• Each has their individual username, password and dossiers

• This service is provided free of charge

• Searches are deducted from the main account holders search allowance

• Main account holders have full supervision rights over their sub-accounts including deletion or suspension of accounts, viewing the audit trail and setting or adjusting maximum search allowances

• Numbers permitted vary per subscription e.g. Titanium account holders may create unlimited sub-accounts where Junior account holders may create three
