1. Data search, Display, Delete
1-1 Data search
If you input a part of search word and click [Search] button,
products including the search word will be displayed.
1-2 Data display
If you double-click a fluorophore name and filter, the data will be displayed.

1-3 Vendor name, Comment display
If you double-click a product name displayed below, the vendor name and comment will be
displayed.
1-4 Switching between Display and Nondisplay spectrum data
Switch between Display and Nondisplay of spectrum data with the check box.

Clear
1-5 Clear spectrum data
Right-click the product name displayed in the lower right-hand
corner and left-click Clear.
2. Data edit
2-1 Create new flurophore data
Export data for original one.
Select "Tool - Data Manager"
Right-click arbitrary fluorophore data and left-click Export.
Save the file in any folder.

Excel files of fluorophore name and recommended filter are created.
(A file of recommended filter set is not always created.)
Open Excel file of fluorophore name.
Rewrite data to create a new fluorophore data.
Type:Do not change [Fluorophore].
Maker : You can change if you want.
ProductName :You can change if you want.
(This name will be displayed as a Product
on the software.)
Comment : You can change letters if you want.
Public :Put [1] to display data and [0] to prevent
the display of data. (Usually put [1].)
Rewrite excitation wave length and the
corresponding data.
It does not matter the numeric sequence of wave
length, whether 1nm each, 2 nm each, or
arbitrary value.
Do the same thing to Emission on lower part of
Excel sheet.

Save the data with a new fluorophore.
Any file name is fine, but we recommend you put the same as the Product name for easily
distinguish.
Click [Yes] button on this message window.
Close the created excel file of fluorophore.
Click [Yes] button on this message window.

Import data from "File-Import".
Open the created file of fluorophore name.
New fluorophore is displayed in Product list.

2-2 Add data of new filter.
Here is the example of Exciter. Do the same thing for Emitter and Dichroic.
Tool - Data Manager
Right-click a filter data and select “Export”.
Save the file in any folder.

Open the saved data.
Edit the original data to create a new filter data.
Do not change Type [Exciter]
Maker : You can change if you want.
ProductName :You can change if you want.
(This name will be displayed as a Product
on the software.)

2-3 Make a new filter set
Import Exciter, Dichroic, Emitter which make up FilterSet to the software in advance.

Two excel files; one is filter set and another is recommended fluorophore for the filter are
created. (A file of recommended fluorophore is not always created.)
Open a excel file of filter set.
Rewrite the original data to create a new filter set data.

Write ProductName which is already
imported to software.

[Filterset].

A name of New Filter Set is displayed on Product list of Filterset.

2-4 Edit files of recommended filter set and recommended fluorophore file
Here is an example how to edit a recommended filter set for each fluorophore.
Do the same process to edit a recommended fluorophore for each filter set.
Open a recommended filter file created when you exported a fluorophore data.
Input filter set name to add to the recommended filter.
For this filter set, input ProductName which is already imported to the software.
Overwrite the previously saved file.
Click [Yes] button on this message window.

Close the data.
Import data from "File-Import".
Select a recommended filter which you rewrited.

A new recommended filter set is displayed in the Recommended Filterset list.
